An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media

The Call Center will provide a caller with a copy of any retained documented personal information upon written request within a reasonable amount of time. However, personal information is not routinely retained after completion of the customer service request. Call Center Taped Calls. 1. Calls will only be taped for specified purposes, which a reasonable person would consider appropriate under the circumstances. 2. The taped information will only be used by the Call Center for the specified purposes described to the caller. 3. Call Centers will obtain the consent of the caller prior to taping the call by informing the caller that the conversation is being taped and the purpose for the taping at the beginning of the call by either an automatic recording or a Call Center representative.

We do not share our customer data with anyone or any company. If we ask for some of your information when you open an account that is saved in a secure server. We do not sell nor intent to sale our customer data with any other businesses until or unless asked or requested by your approval.
